Anthropic agreed to a $35 billion cloud computing deal with Lambda, drawing on roughly 350 megawatts of a Texas data center campus (Beacon Point) where Nvidia holds the underlying lease, as part of a multi-party arrangement also involving Hut 8. The report also notes Lambda is separately raising up to $3 billion in new funding at a $12 billion+ valuation.
